Ramanda Lazaris serves as a Co-Teacher at Autism Community Training. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, has an Early Childhood Education certification, and is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). With experience in both education and behavior support, Ramanda brings a valuable combination of communication, teaching, and behavioral knowledge to her work at ACT.
As part of the instructional team, Ramanda supports trainees as they develop leisure skills, daily living skills, communication, independence, and greater participation in their community. Her RBT training also provides a strong foundation for understanding individual behavior and providing consistent, individualized support.
