Co-Teacher

Alyssa Cecchin serves as a Co-Teacher at Autism Community Training and brings more than 13 years of experience in education and disability support. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries with an emphasis in Children and Family Ministry, as well as master’s degrees in Special Education and Religious Education.

Alyssa’s professional experience includes teaching students with autism in grades K–3 in Illinois and students in grades 5–8 in a Comprehensive Development Classroom (CDC) in Tennessee. She has also worked in disability ministry through several churches. At ACT, Alyssa uses her extensive special education background to support individualized instruction, skill development, and meaningful opportunities for adults with autism.
